Gue abis ngitung BMI dan ternyata ada di angka 24 koma sekian. Asli gue sujud sukur banget berhubung sebelum gue turun berat badan, BMI gue itu 30,1 yang artinya gue obese

It took me almost 2 years to get here, but I'm so so glad I took those first few steps of losing weight!

Gue belum ukur body fat, agak deg2an sih hehehe Besok pagi ah gue mau ukur. Whatever the result, gue pengen continue working out untuk improve my stamina, nurunin body fat dan kalo bisa BMI di lower or mid range.

Seneng banget banyak temennya di sini!

ngecek bmi ternyata sekitar 22,7.. tapi itu berdasarkan timbangan beberapa minggu lalu sebelum mulai kalap #again.. hehe..
di hari kebangkitan bangsa ini, pengen mulai hidup sehat seperti dulu lagi.. ayo semangat! merdeka ! hahaha

Lagi bingung timbangan euy, pake timbangan biasa BB 63 kg, pake timbangan digital BB 61,5 kg.
Berarti BMI gw sekitar 22-23
TB: 165 kg
BB dua minggu yang lalu (nimbang di klinik dokter pake timbangan digital: 64,8 kg
BB sekarang: pake timbangan biasa 63 kg, pake timbangan digital 61,5 kg (dua-duanya timbangan di rumah)
Bingung, mana yang bener yah?
Tapi gw ngerasa perut gw jadi kempes, badan lebih ringan, celana jeans jadi longgar. Cuma kalau liat timbangan biasa sih, koq kayanya turunnya dikit banget. Dan menurut suami gw, katanya gw ngga keliatan ngurusin ...gubrak....bikin patah semangat aja huhuhu...

Target turun BB pengennya sih 55 kg, tapi kata dokternya sih BB ideal 58 kg.

Gw sekarang lagi ikut program klinik ion, gara-gara diajakin temen. Temen gw berhasil turun 6kg dalam waktu 1,5 bulan.
Selama ini gw kalau diet selalu setengah-setengah, ga pernah tuntas, alhasil jadinya yoyo deh. Apalagi gw selalu laper mata, meskpun ga laper gara-gara liat makanan enak langsung deh lupa diet, pikiran gw ah besok aja dietnya diterusin, dan kemudian besoknya pun begitu lagi "besok baru diet bener" kaya lingkaran setan jadinya hehehe.
Belum lagi addicted minuman manis, pokonya sesuai iklan deh "apapun makanannya, minumnya teh bxxx"

Tapi sekarang karena ada temen yg sama-sama lagi program turunin berat badan, akhirnya semangat lagi deh. Kita berdua sering saling mengingatkan, tukeran dvd senam atau patungan beli dvd senam.

Semoga kali ini diet gw berhasil dan ga setengah-setengah, pokonya target 55 kg harus tercapai!! Semangat!!!

JennyDoll, gue suka ngetes timbangan di rumah dengan nimbang kettlebell gue. Gue ga suka nimbang di tempat umum (klinik dokter, gym, dll) krn kan kita ga bisa nimbang tanpa baju dan ga bisa waktu pagi-pagi buta. Ngomong2 rate turun nya berat orang2 beda-beda, kadang ga turun banyak tapi baju longgran, atau perut berasa lebih rata

Yg penting mah itu lah, apalagi kalo BMI segini kan sbnrnya sudah masuk berat badan yg cukup sehat, tinggal improve faktor lain2 aja, kaya body fat, resting heart rate, flexibility gitu2.

Eke mau curhat. Minggu ini gue kebingungan ngatur jadwal exercise nya gara2 P90X. Ngangkatnya kan cukup berat (at least buat standar gue, krn metode nya P90X kan lift to muscle failure, abis 8-15 kali reps udah ga bisa ngangkat lagi tanpa ngelepas bebannya dulu). Dari video yg Shoulder & Arms aja tangan gue DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness, alias pegel2) sampe berhari2. Skrg legs and butt gue DOMS juga. Rencananya hari ini mau video kickboxing jadi ga bisa, zzzz.. jd ga semangat deh ah. Hiks.

gw kemarin nimbang di timbangan yg suka ada di mall2 gitu... yg bayar gopek. dan bb gw 59 kg dong. wkwkwkwk... naik sekitar 2 kilo gw. tapi saat kemarin ukur2 body berkurang sekitar 1 cm. jadi bingung gw...

tapi tak apalah.. spt yg novi bilang, jgn terlalu patokan ama angka *menghibur diri...

Mamul, massa ototnya Kali neikkk nambah....gw bener2 udah gak peduli sama berat selama baju2 and celana masih pas wkwkwkwkwkk , angka hanya bikin stress neikkk yg penting tampilannya Aja dah kalo gw, daripada stress liat jarum yg gak geser2 ke kiri

Btw seperti yg gw bilang, gw sempat mandek lama di 58, akhirnya gw naikin sampe 60 kg, trus gw mulai diet ketat lagi, porsi latian sama PT diberatin, gw tambahin jogging, eh dia geser ke 59 Dan semoga akan geser terus sampe 55 hahahhaa, size baju siy gak berubah waktu kmrn gw naik ke 60 dress asos size S and sheike dress yg modelnya merecet size S teteup masuk

Kalo diliat dari berat siy gw perasaan masih berat, tapi kok banyak yg komen "tipis", jadi yasud lah realistis aja, bisa 55 ya syukur kalo gak bisa ya udah Alhamdulillah hahahaha

my bmi ada di angka 24.
i need to lose another 6 kilos then i would be a happy puppy!
i gained all this fat sewaktu hamil having my second baby
(waktu itu pake istilah, mumpung hamil makan enak dan makan banyak..... hehehe)
awal seblum hamil beratku ada di 55-58 kilo.....hamil naek more than 20 kilos, tepatnya 27kilos

after lahiran and my baby berumur 6 months.... berat aku mentok di 74 kilos.

sadar diri dengen barat badan, akhirnya mulai olah raga every morning n controlling what i eat sekalian i did hynolangsing.... skg im 66kilos, and it looks like its stuck ga ada perubahan.
hiks, really need to shake of some more kilos nich........

baru order some dvd's and niat bgt biar badan kembali normal and fit euy.
selama ini my work out cuma cardio and sit up crunches (5 sets with 50 reps in one set)
ya.... i think i gotta challenge my body to its limits do gain the perfect body that im dreaming for

pemanasan 5 menit
1 menit jalan 5 km/jam + 1 menit lari 10 km/jam (dilakukan sebanyak 20 x = 40 menit)
pendinginan 5 menit

Sekarang kurang 1,3 kg lagi menuju BMI 22,9. Mudah2an bisa tercapai sebelum puasa bulan depan
