Pagi ini HIIT ala Tabata 25 menit : 40 detik 10 km/jam, 20 detik 20 km/jam. Mantaaappp.

Hari ini cukup cycling 30' saja, lumayan 400 kalori. Plus weight training bagian down

Pagi ini pake VCD Envy yg Body, isinya squat, push up, plank, sit up, squat, push up, plank, sit up, terus kayak gitu sampai 20 menit. Langsung keringat mengucur...

plank, cardio 45 minutes, and sit ups....
need do join a yoga class.....

Lari 2km trus sit up. Lupa berapa kali sit up nya, kurang lebih 50-an deh.

Hari ini kembali lagi ke stepper 30', lumayan dapet 450 kalori, lanjut weight training bagian down, lift up dan sit up masing-masing 50 kali, lanjut cycling 10' dapet 100 kalori. Keringat ngucuuuur paraaah.

Pagi ini elevated HIIT ala Denny Santoso tapi kecepatan 9 km/jam gue naikkan jd 10 km/jam, kecepatan 12 km/jam gue naikkan jd 13 km/jam. Mantap sih tp kok kayaknya lbh nampol HIIT ala Tabata ya?

setelah seminggu libur olahraganya,tadi aerobik 60 menit,tapi karena gymnya lagi ulang taon,senamnya 60 menit 2 instruktur macem kaya lomba gitu fiuuuh....
