Sore ini HIIT 20 menit (40 detik 10 km/jam, 20 detik 4 km/jam) blm termasuk pemanasan & pendinginan.

malam ini sebelum bobo...

stretching, yoga for back, nyontek gerakan yoga dari majalah Prevention edisi bulan ini utk pembentukan tubuh, pendinginan... total 35 menit...

tadi pagi sepedaan keliling komplek buat cari tukang nasi uduk, karena gak ketemu akhirnya sepedaannya makin jauh, hahaha lumayan pegal nih paha seharian

Tadi malam yoga 10 menit, tadi podo habis subuh yoga lagi 20 menit, ntar sore jam 3 senam sejam, kalo kuat ntar malam yoga lagi..

semalam... stretching, sun salutation (masing2 gerakan 8x nafas), yoga weight loss by sadie nardini (gw modif masing2 gerakan 4-6x nafas), handstand di tembok trus child pose (sekitar 10x nafas).

zanee, aibi... di yutub banyak tutorialnya kok say... gw juga masih belum bisa lepas dari tembok, hehehehe...
