We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our team. This position will support the rapid and sustained growth of Female Daily Network. Location: Kemang Raya - Jakarta Selatan Roles and Responsibilities: <ul> 	<li>Prepare Financial Statements</li> 	<li>Analyse monthly and year-end financial statements, including profit &amp; loss statement</li> 	<li>Develop management systems for cash flow controls and leading all Financial Planning, Accounting, Budgeting and Forecasting activities and assisting in cost reduction initiatives</li> 	<li>Ensure strong controls</li> 	<li>Review AR aging to ensure compliance</li> 	<li>Develop short/medium/ long range objectives, reporting and financial metrics, policies and procedures that align with strategic goals</li> 	<li>Coordinate with internal divisions and auditors</li> 	<li>Support FDN’s corporate finance function</li> 	<li>Other projects as assigned</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> 	<li>Bachelors Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance</li> 	<li>Through knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles</li> 	<li>Experience with creating financial statements</li> 	<li>Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process</li> 	<li>4+ years of accounting experience; auditor background is a plus.</li> 	<li>Experience within an Account Receivable role is a plus</li> 	<li>Experience in Indonesia Corporate Tax compliance</li> 	<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel applications</li> 	<li>Hands on approach in all areas of finance, business planning and strategy</li> 	<li>Strong analytical, problem solving and management skills</li> 	<li>Accuracy and attention to detail</li> 	<li>Ability to meet assigned deadlines</li> 	<li>Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia</li> 	<li>Enthusiastic and a self-starter with positive and can-do attitude</li> </ul> Compensations: <ul> 	<li>Fixed Salary</li> 	<li>THR</li> 	<li>Jamsostek</li> 	<li>Medical Reimbursement</li> 	<li>Phone allowance</li> </ul> Should you meet all the requirements above, please send your full resume to <a href="mailto:team@femaledaily.com">team@femaledaily.com</a> and don’t forget to include links to your online profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc) picture from <a href="http://slainbyvacuumslayer.blogspot.com/2011/06/article-on-financial-services.html">here</a> </div>
