Queen Bey will celebrate her 33rd birthday on September 4 . Did you see her slay at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards? She was a sight to behold in that bedazzled outfit, and I just about DIED when Jay-Z walked onstage to present the Video Vanguard Award with the adorable Blue Ivy.
