Ursula from The Little Mermaid (1989)
The Look: Thin, high-arched eyebrows (I’m beginning to see a pattern here). Navy blue eyeshadow on brow bone, electric blue eyeshadow on eyelids. Fuchsia lips that match nails. Eyes appear larger with application of mascara at corner of eyes for long, curly, separated lashes (possibly with help from Majolica Majorca Lash Expander). No observable shading or contouring.
The Problem: Nothing. Urusula is perfect.
