The waiting is finally over. If you follow Fashionese Daily on Instagram, then you probably have seen the sneak peek of Isabel Marant Pour H&M. I’ve posted some photos and even tried some clothes to get an idea of how it feels on me. H&M Indonesia officially displayed the collection on November 14 at H&M Gandaria City, and we got the chance to see the enthusiasm of loyal H&M customers who were given ten minutes to shop in the designer collaboration area.
Quoting Isabel Marant’s statement from an exclusive H&M interview, she says that “I design for everybody – women of any age, including young girls, their mothers and young-at-heart grandmothers. Now, for the first time and with H&M, I’-m also designing for my male friends, who have always begged me to do menswear. Usually my instinct tells me what will sell well. I cannot say how, but it always happens. I have the exact same feeling with this H&M collection.”
I have my own favorites in this limited edition collection and have no doubts that it will be a huge hit here in Indonesia. Isabel Marant brings her mix of boho elegance and rock ‘n’ roll in this collection. You will find lots of textured knits and unique boho patterns in the form of coats, jackets, trousers, sweatshirts, loose blouses, and floaty dresses. And as mentioned above, Isabel Marant also set a new record because this collaboration with H&M is the first time she designed a solid wardrobe for men. It’s a good option if you’re the type of person who loves to match your outfit with your man, I think. 😀

The it jacket on the first photo retails for IDR 3,499,000 and the skirt on the second photo retails for IDR 899,900.
