Training Tips with Tiara: The Deadlift

Are you ready for another round of fat-busting workout with Tiara? In this second instalment of a four-part exercise video she did especially for our Fit N Fab canal, the health coach shares the secrets to the perfect deadlift, which will require a barbell. The deadlift is considered “the king of exercises” because it activates a lot of muscle groups. It’s one of those exercises that are great for both fat loss and toning.
