I’ve known Hellolulu laptop bags since forever and have been on my wish list but never get the chance to buy it yet. Until recently, the good people of Hellolulu sent us three of their latest designs and imagine my excitement! Because the three products that we got perfectly matched the personality of the Managing Editors of the Female Daily Network, well at least I was still one at that time. :p After all, laptop bag nowadays is a necessity and what could be better than a Hellolulu’s that is both stylish and also functional.
But anyway, here’s what each of us have.
Maulita Iqtianti, Managing Editor of Mommies Daily – as the adventurous type among us three, it’s no surprise that she picked the backpack version of the laptop bag which she took with her to Nias.
This bag, not only functions as a laptop bag, but it becomes my traveling bag. Without a doubt it’s one of the most convenient traveling bags as I’ve used it for travel a couple of times. I love it. It’s very comfortable on my shoulders and roomy in size. Even for my 3-day trip to Nias, I could still fit everything into this bag.
On top of that, there’s a divider inside the bag so my stuff doesn’t get mixed up. For the laptop compartment itself, it is padded to protect my laptop from impact, just in case I drop my bag while traveling.
Fonnyta Amran, Managing Editor of Travelers Daily – only natural that she’ll be travelling all the time right? I love her pick, it’s compact and have a long strap that looks so convenient.
I love how comfortable this laptop bag feels on my shoulder. It is light and equipped with detachable padded shoulder straps so its very forgiving on my shoulder if I have to carry it around for a long time. This is an important feature for me because I travel often and I am required to be quite mobile in my work. The main compartment is properly padded on the inside to give good protection to my laptop and I love how the front pocket provides enough room to hold my computer knick-knacks without looking bulky. I also thought that the hidden touch of shocking pink in the back of shoulder strap, the zipper and interior of the bag are so clever. It is understated yet stylish. Love it!
Now this is what I picked.
You could tell that it’s the colour that sway my opinion toward it, right? But not only that but I actually love how it’s actually a tote and in vertical style. When you bring two bags with you everyday, it’s very useful to have a laptop bag that is vertical rather than horizontal so that it won’t limit your movement and makes you prone to hit a thing or two while you’re in the move.
The design is so straight forward yet stylish, making it possible for me to even only bring this bag on the days where I’m feeling a little bit lazy of bringing too many items. But the best thing about this laptop bag is actually the straps that rest well on my shoulder and doesn’t make bringing my laptop even on a shopping session after a meeting feel unbearable.
