I couldn’t help but fall in love with this palette as soon as I saw it. I mean who wouldn’t, right? Pablohoney texted me right away after learning I was going to write about it. She loves it as well and we took time to pull ourselves together for a breather. 😀
This is one from the Dior Mystic Metallics 5 Couleurs’ Eyeshadow Palettes, and this particular one is in shade #384 Bonne Étoile. This palette is part of Dior’s Fall 2013 Mystic Metallics collection, and it has been available in the US since the beginning of July. The first thing that really struck me about it is the very noticeable design; where else will we find another palette from Dior that comes with stars embossed onto it? Pretty, isn’t it? 
I tried looking for swatches online and found that all the colors in this palette have a variety of the shimmers and finishes. I don’t think you’ll like this palette if you tend to go for matte eyeshadows, but I don’t mind a little bit of shimmer as long as the product doesn’t end up all over on my face. If we can blend the color properly, the finished look can be very beautiful too.
Bonne Étoile comes in five gorgeous colors: khaki green, blue, bronze, taupe, and light green. My favorite colors would be the bronze and the taupe (typical me!). But having blue and different types of green would be great just in case I want to play with colors. This is a limited edition item, ladies, so if you can get your hands on one while they’re still in stock, why not? This palette is sold exclusively at Nordstorm and will be available until the end of August. Bonne Étoile still available at the time of writing, so you’d better hurry up and find a way to get one if you’re as interested in this as I am.
