4 Ingredients to Keep Your Hair Beautiful

Hair is a woman’s crown, indeed.  I’m not saying this to make you girls put your self-respect or to respect someone just based on the hair. A BIG NO.  Just like a little girl who just fell in love with all things Disney’s princess-related, hair is a “crown” that we can play with, by styling it any way we want. From straight hair to curly and vice versa.

The problem is, when we play with our hair too often – like changing the color, smoothing or rebonding, using hair dryer, using flat or curling iron almost every single day –  those can damage our hair.  Our hair becomes dry, prone to splits ends, hair loss, and many other issues that we don’t want to happen.  So it’s important to know at least what ingredients that are good for our hair. Here are four ingredients that helps to maintain the beauty of your hair and it can be easily found in your home.

1.  Water

What I mean is, drink lots of water.  This is the most basic and the easiest thing to do. Admit it, we often neglect it because we’re too busy with our activities, or simply forget to drink.  Water is good for us in general, and it probably the least ingredients that can make us feel the difference on our hair, but it helps to improve hair condition from the inside.  No matter how busy we are, try to find the time to drink lots of water.  If you drink less water than your body needs, the chance of dehydration is higher, and it can impact our health and hair growth. For our (body and) hair’s sake, drink more water. I think most of us already know to drink 8 glasses of water a day, but let’s try to increase the number.  It won’t do us any harm. 🙂
