5. Inside Turquoise’s Makeup Pouch

I rarely use heavy make up on a daily basis. Mostly just skincare, foundation, then groom my eye brow, blush and lip gloss. Yes, I even skip the powdering stage, simply because I haven’t found the best match for my skin.

What I carry in my makeup pouch is simply what I love to use at that given time. I often change the products inside as I get bored easily. But the essentials are the same : blush (and the blush brush), lip gloss, eye shadow palette and applicator, sunscreen and blotting paper.

I bought my makeup pouch at Discovery Mall. I forgot the store’s name, but it was on sale for 50% off that time. It’s so pretty with those flower prints *I loveees flower print!* and the size fits my makeup essentials.

Currently the contents of my makeup pouch are:

  • Urban Decay Roller Girl eye shadow palette – a best partner for naked palette I love to use but can’t fit in my makeup pouch. It also comes with 24/7 glide on pencil in Whiskey, which I love most.
  • Sigma Pencil E 30 (part of Mrs Bunny Travel Set) – it’s good enough for touch- up purposes.
  • Benefit Powderazzi – contains Coralista and Hoola, the perfect match duo, along with Dallas and a mini benefit flat brush.
  • Mini Benefit Ultra Plush Gloss in Dallas and Dandelion – I love the texture so much, and both are my favorites, I can’t leave any of them behind.
  • Urban Decay De Slick in a tube (deluxe sample) – causing no breakout and works wonderful.
  • Laura Mercier Compact Tinted Moisturiser # nude (deluxe sample) – can be used as a tinted moisturizer and concealer for me
  • Biore Perfect Face Milk SPF 50 PA +++ – don’t ever skip sunscreen! This one is easy for travelling and has great SPF level. Matte finish.
  • Bath and Body Works Pocket Bac # jungle fruit – in case I need to clean my hands before touch up
  • The Body Shop Lychee Blossom EDT – the perfect scent for summer
  • Clean and Clear Oil Blotting Paper – anyone with oily skin needs blotting paper, right?
  • A broken comb from The Body Shop – it was broken by accident but still fine to use, just lost one edge.

I rarely bring my eye brow pencil, because the application lasts so long and waterproof, so no touch up is needed. It’s Daiso retractable eye brow pencil, if you want to know :)
