If someone is trying to build a watch collection, which one should she get first and why?
Personally, I’d start with something classic. Watches like Rolex or Cartier have timeless styles like the Oyster Perpetual Day Date and the Santos collection, so 20-30 years down the line, your watch is still relevant, and will still be relevant to your grandchildren when they inherit them.
