Today’s Outfit: Day 4 & 5 Singapore

You can see Day 1 & 3 here and Day 2 here. Day Four was spent strolling around Orchard in the morning and afternoon, including taking the kids to Toys r Us.

Unbranded dress (from Ambassador mall), Tod’s bag, Tory Burch wedges, Fendi sunglasses

Later on that day we headed to Mount Faber for a bird’s eye view of Singapore by cable car ride. Too bad it was raining so we could only see so far. Look at my weird sitting position – I think I was too scared to move around inside that cable car :D. After that, we took the MRT to Chinatown to see the Chinese New Year Celebration. It was so packed and hard to maneuver the stroller! We were there until around midnight; I didn’t see the whole celebration because the stage was pretty far from us. We wouldn’t be able to see anything anyway.

Day 5 was Ikea’s day. We only had an hour and a half to spend at Ikea (including lunch!) because the luggaged had to be dropped off at the airport first, and went all the way back to Orchard because I accidentally left my iPhone there. And when you take two kids with you, you know you can’t hurry lunch or anything else for that matter. We managed the time, and in hindsight, I was saved by the limited time we had at Ikea, or we would have go crazy with the shopping! Oh and we’ve already prepared with foldable duffle that we’ve saved for this Ikea trip :D. The picture below was taken in its candles area. Don’t you hate it when your bangs start to separate itself from the rest of the hair? *sigh*

Simple 8 denim top, Topshop black denim

We arrived in CGK airport at around 8 at night. I was wearing the same outfit and only added a Uniqlo blazer that I got from the trip. The blazer easily becomes my favorite blazer as it’s made out of a thicker t-shirt material and feel oh-so-soft. On the way home, we stopped by at Blok S for a quick dinner.
