FD Fantastic Four at JFW 2012

seo-img-article

It was the fifth day of Jakarta Fashion Week 2012 and we were all slowly turning into zombies! Yes, chasing shows, press conferences and daily deadlines was that taxing. It’s true what the journalists from the fashion capitals said — you pretty much become a sleep-deprived, hungry robot during fashion week.

Thank goodness for Acer Aspire S3, the first Ultrabook in Indonesia, which made our lives during JFW so much easier. Before, we’re not  fan of using laptops on the go, especially for fashion shows. But dear Lord, when we started using Acer Aspire S3, we practically could hear the heaven sing. The difference was very distinct, as Acer Aspire S3 seemed to be more precisely designed for on-the-go works. With its sleek look made from aluminium-magnesium alloy, incredible lightness at only 1.33Kg and long-lasting battery, it almost never left our laps, sometimes even during shows for quick typing.

And it seemed that on this fifth day, we were all inspired by Acer Aspire S3’s sleek design, as we all appeared professional yet chic, if we must say.

As always, Amalia looked effortlessly sophisticated. Loving her Kle jacket’s cutting and the bold belt. And those shoes are just to die for!

We were surprised to see her choice of ensemble (in a good way, of course) for the day. Nisa usually appeared sweet and understated, but today she looked like she was ready to rule the (fashion) world with her tutu skirt, contrasted with a pair of bold boots.

Ah, the sweet Rizka. There wasn’t a day at JFW passed without her dressing up with some girly touches (we couldn’t even remember if you ever wore pants, Riz). Her dress of the day was in monochrome tones, with the classic polka dots and peter pan collar. The bows on her shoes just completed everything.

Laila’s super-comfortable, dirt cheap graphic print pants was bought during this year’s Lebaran holiday and it has never been worn before, not even once, because you have to admit, it’s not easy to pair it up. Just when she was about to give up on it, she found her old white shirt, and voila!
