One of my resolutions is to stop buying “toy” jewelries. You know what they are, the fun, colorful accessories, usually made of plastic or other cheap materials and sold in our favorite high street retail stores. Yes, these jewelries are cute and usually on trends not to mention affordable (even though some can also be quite expensive!), but the ones I bought never last. My F21 locket recently fell apart during a lunch gathering, thank God it was ‘only’ with my husband’s family, otherwise I would have been mortified! And that’s just one example among many.
Recently, I came across twinkle + sparks and instantly fell in love with the beautiful necklaces, bracelets and earrings displayed on the website. I was even more intrigued when I learned that all of their jewelries are hand-made and use genuine semi-precious stones, Swarovsky crystals and freshwater pearls. And to quote the website: all pieces are carefully wrapped with thoughtful detail, and usually ended with an added twinkle. Each of twinkle + sparks designs are exclusive with only 1-5 pieces will be made for each design. So if you get lucky, you might own one-of-a-kind piece by twinkle + sparks.
My sister-in-law already bought me a necklace from twinkle + sparks called Summer Cool – horn shaped agate, with some cool seafoam blue amazonite drops and findings that are made of 24k gold plated on brass. It just arrived last night and it was delicate and gorgeous, I feel pretty putting it on this morning I am also eyeing this sweet bracelet called Lucrecia (Rp.210.000)
I love charm bracelets and this one looks adorably unique with its diamond-shape lemon jades and geometric chain. I also love the combination of lemon and turquoise colors – it looks so summery to me!
Anyway, if you love jewelries, especially feminine and delicate ones, just visit twinkle + sparks blog and get ready to drool. I must warn you though, that they have so many beautiful pieces that are reasonably priced, it would be very hard to choose only one!
