If you’ve been following FD Forum Make Up Addict Thread, you will soon notice that there’s this one thread that always been on top of the list which is the NARS sub-thread. Among the hundreds of pages there, the most talked topic was the NARS Blushes. Why do FD girls still so enthusiast with the NARS Blushes after all this time?
For a start the NARS blushes are much pigmented, just a light sweep across the product is all you need. There’s even an expression that NARS blush can last you a lifetime so you really get your money worth from that little black casing. The colours variation are unique, although the colour seemed to scare you at first as soon as you put it on your cheeks it just look lovely. There are also plenty of colours to choose from for every shade and skin tone.
Most NARS blushes contains pretty shimmer which is not over powering that people might think that you pour glitters into your cheeks, just subtle enough to give your cheek a healthy look. It is also not frosty therefore safe for those with oily skin and don’t want a shiny look. The powder of the blush are finely milled and easily picked up by any kind of brush, from the most expensive one to the cheap drugstore brand brushes.
For all the reason laid out above, the NARS blush is very easily blended so even a beginner can just master the application of this blush right away no matter how horrid the colour might look like in the pan.
Some say that they love the rubber packaging, because it’s very sturdy and you can just carry it in your make up pouch without worrying that you might break the blush. Few others think that the rubber case is just annoying because it gets dirty easily. For me, the slim packaging is very convenient because it takes just a small space on my make up pouch so that I can stuff more things in there.
