According to the expert, the puffiness under our eyes is caused by the accumulation of fluid. When we’re lying low, it’s easy for the fluid to ‘park’ right under our eyes and make them look saggy. One of the ways to avoid them, other than to get enough sleep, is to put extra pillows under our head. The gravity will help fight the fluid build up. I guess I’ll use the extra pillow under my head tonight instead of over it.
