Okay, I have a confession to make. I think I have serious issues with anything patent leather (particularly shoes) lately. Metallics have been growing on me too. In fact, the last two pairs of shoes that I’ve bought are metallics, and the last 3 (and one bag) are made of patent leather, that’s not counting the ones that have already been sitting in my closet.
I know these two trends have been around since last fall, I didn’t think they were going to last this long, but now a year later, they are set to be another major components for this coming fall season. They were all over the runway and all over the mall!…And I’m loving the fact that they have another moment in fashion. So I can soak them all in when they are still widely available because I’m still going to wear them even when the trend has died down.
